General Questions

Where are the Prestons showrooms located?

Our four showrooms are located in Wilmslow in Cheshire, Guildford in Surrey and two in Leeds City Centre. Our showrooms each offer a variety of different services as well as a varied range of products. For further information on our showrooms, please visit our dedicated showroom pages here.

Do I need an appointment to visit Prestons?

All four of our Prestons showrooms would be delighted to welcome both new and existing clients with or without an appointment. Our teams will always strive to accommodate any client who visits us, but we cannot always guarantee availability, particularly during over the weekend. If you would prefer to arrange an appointment, please do not hesitate to contact your local Prestons showroom who will be delighted to organise this for you.

Can I buy online at Prestons?

At Prestons you can purchase online from our selection of TUDOR wristwatches as well as our comprehensive selection of pre-owned watches. If you choose to purchase online, you can select either our click & collect or home delivery service. These services offer you the option to arrange the sizing of your chosen wristwatch, select our complimentary gift-wrapping service and to organise a telephone appointment with a dedicated member of our team to discuss the features, benefits and servicing requirements of your chosen watch.

Our fine jewellery collections are currently not available to purchase online but you can explore the availability and location of our pieces using our ‘View at Prestons’ feature.

Can I check if a specific item is in-stock at my local Prestons showroom?

If you would like to check if our showrooms have a particular item available, our dedicated teams would be more than happy to check this for you. Each of our showrooms can be contacted by either telephone or email and will be able to advise you of all the options available. Alternatively, using our ‘View at Prestons’ feature you can explore the availability and location of our fine jewellery collections further.

Payment Methods, Interest Free & Interest-Bearing Credit

Which payment methods do Prestons Accept?

Our showrooms accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express, as well as cash, bank transfer. Under the regulations ('Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on Payer) Regulations 2017') our showrooms are unable to accept cash payments of more than €10,000 (or equivalent in any currency) either as a single cash payment or as a series of smaller payments relating to a single transaction. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, your chosen item can be taken upon cleared receipt in our account.

Our website accepts all major debit and credit cards including American Express. If you would like to pay for your chosen item by cash, bank transfer or using one of our finance schemes, we would kindly ask you to visit your local Prestons showroom.

Do Prestons offer finance, interest free or interest-bearing credit?

Our showrooms offer a variety of interest free and interest-bearing credit options. For further information regarding the credit options available, please visit our dedicated page. Unfortunately, you are unable to pay using our finance schemes online at present.

Our home delivery service offers you the safe and home delivery of your chosen TUDOR or pre-owned wristwatch to your home address. This service offers you the option to arrange the sizing of your wristwatch, select our complimentary gift-wrapping service and to organise a telephone appointment with a dedicated member of our team to discuss the features, benefits and servicing requirements of your chosen watch.

Do Prestons offer a click & collect service?

Our click & collect service allows you to select and pay for your chosen TUDOR or pre-owned wristwatch online and then collect from your nearest Prestons showroom. Our click & collect service offers you the option to arrange the sizing of your wristwatch as well as select our complimentary gift-wrapping service. Alternatively, we would be delighted to arrange this in your chosen Prestons showroom.

For TUDOR, Prestons Wilmslow and Prestons Guildford showrooms act as the perfect environment to explore the brand's unique heritage, their pioneering creativity and the features, benefits and servicing requirements for your chosen wristwatch.

For our pre-owned watch collection, you can arrange collection from Prestons Wilmslow, Prestons Guildford or Prestons Leeds, where a member of our dedicated team would be more than happy to assist you with any queries or questions you may have.

What is your reservation service?

Our reservation service is exclusively for products over a certain value. This service allows you to reserve your chosen product immediately and then arrange a member of our team to talk you through your options for payment as well as collection and home delivery, either by courier or one of our dedicated sales consultants. This service, like our other delivery and collection options, offers you the opportunity to arrange the sizing of your wristwatch and select our complimentary gift-wrapping service during your initial telephone appointment.

Can I change how I want to receive my chosen product?

If you would like to amend your order, please contact your local Prestons showroom, quoting your order number, to discuss this. In all instances, our showrooms will strive to amend your delivery method, if your chosen product has not already been dispatched.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Do Prestons offer refunds?

Each of our dedicated showroom teams strive to ensure that you are happy with your chosen item at point of purchase, showcasing all of the available options to you. Unfortunately, our showrooms are unable to offer refunds on any product purchased in-store but will be able to offer an exchange or a credit note for any unworn item, returned with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased your chosen product online, you are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned to us, in unworn condition, within 14 days of purchase.

Do Prestons offer exchanges?

Our showrooms will exchange or offer a credit note for any unworn item, returned with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase either online or in-store. Your statutory rights are not affected. For further information on our exchange policy, please contact your local showroom.

How do I arrange a refund or an exchange?

If you purchased your chosen item in one of our four showrooms, in order to arrange an exchange, you will need to visit your chosen Prestons showroom. Our team will be able to guide you through the process as well as explore with you some alternative product suggestions. If you purchased your chosen product online, please just contact us and a member of our team would be delighted to assist you.

Which watch brands do you sell? Do you retail these brands at all showrooms?

At Prestons we are official and authorised retailers of Rolex, TUDOR, Patek Philippe timepieces, as well as showcasing an extensive selection of luxury pre-owned watches.

Do the Prestons showrooms offer pre-owned watches?

Our comprehensive collection of pre-owned watches is always available to view at Prestons Leeds or at Prestons Guildford or Wilmslow, by appointment. Our collection includes a comprehensive selection of Rolex, Patek Philippe and TUDOR alongside an eclectic range of watches from brands including Bremont, Omega, Tag Heuer and many more. Do Prestons offer watch servicing or watch repairs?

Prestons offer a vast variety watchmaking services with an authorised Rolex service centre at Prestons Wilmslow. Our dedicated teams will each guide you through the required servicing and care requirements for your timepiece whether this be a Rolex, TUDOR or Patek Philippe. Do Prestons accept part-exchange for watches?

Each of our showrooms is delighted to offer a part-exchange service. On each part-exchange price offered we conduct a thorough examination of your watch, its condition, its service history and the documentation you have to accompany the timepiece. This process has been careful created to ensure we can offer you a price which is both competitive and accurate alongside the service you always receive at Prestons. Do Prestons buy watches? If so, which brands?

Our showrooms offer a buy-in service for a comprehensive selection of luxury watches. In the same method as part-exchange, a member of our team will carry out a thorough assessment of your watch or watches which may include testing from one of our dedicated in-house watchmakers. If you are unsure of the value of your wristwatch or have an enquiry, please do not hesitate to contact your local showroom where our team will be delighted to assist you.

Prestons Jewellery Services

Do Prestons sell bridal jewellery? What does this include?

Prestons Wilmslow, Prestons Leeds and Prestons Guildford all showcase an extensive selection of bridal jewellery, including engagement rings, wedding rings, eternity rings and an array of fine diamond jewellery, perfect for your occasion. In addition, our showrooms also offer services such as engraving or bespoke design allowing you to add your own personal touches to your chosen jewellery pieces.

Do Prestons repair, restore and resize jewellery?

Can I view all of the fine jewellery Prestons has online?

At Prestons we believe the experience of shopping with us is like no other and therefore encourage all of our clients to visit us in-store. Our website showcases a selection of our fine jewellery collections but is only a representative sample of our showrooms offering. If you there is a particular style or design you are looking for, we would always encourage you to contact us, where a member of our team will be more than happy to assist you.

Do Prestons offer pre-owned or second-hand jewellery?

Our comprehensive collection of pre-owned or second-hand jewellery is always available to view at Prestons Leeds or at Prestons Guildford or Wilmslow, by appointment. A small selection of this jewellery, specifically our selection of pre-owned engagement rings, is available to view on our website but our showrooms offer a much broader selection. Do Prestons offer a bespoke design service? What does this include?

Our Wilmslow, Leeds and Guildford showrooms are proud to offer a bespoke design service, including hand-sketching, rendering and casting. The bespoke design process allows you to create a completely unique product based around your own ideas, memories or style. This service allows you to design a piece of jewellery which suits you, or your loved one, perfectly.
